We have a 14-day return policy on general merchandise with the potential for a 15% restocking fee.

Latex returns are accepted within (5) calendar days of original purchase and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No refunds on helium or other gases, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal/closeout items, balloon sprays/shine, glue sticks/sprays, and frames/arches/columns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@winnerparty.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1557 Chico Avenue, South El Monte, CA 91733.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A claim must be filed within (14) calendar days of package delivery.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like helium or other gases, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal/closeout items, balloon sprays/shine, and glue sticks/sprays. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within (7) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
