RETURNS

LATEX BALLOONS, SHOULD NOT REMAIN TO LIGHT THE SUN DIRECTLY. RECOMMENDED NOT TO HIGH TEMPERATURES EXPOSE PROLONGED.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@winnerparty.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@winnerparty.com and send your item to: 1557 Chico Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1557 Chico Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Economy Shipping

 

We use several different carriers to ship packages including FedEx, UPS, and the USPS. This service is only available to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Transit times for this service are typically 7-10 business days. This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the transit time.

 

Expedited Shipping

 

This shipping option is available for orders with delivery addresses within the U.S. This service has transit times that are typically from 3-5 business days depending on your location. Please note that this service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date.

 

Delivery for Ground is usually 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.  3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.

 

Express Shipping Services

 

Delivery is next day for Overnight, and 2 days for 2 Day. Please note that these are business days and that Express shipments are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or on major holidays. Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the transit time.

 

USPS Priority Mail Shipping

 

Shipping time is usually 1-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping times to locations outside the contiguous United States will be longer. Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery of Priority Mail parcels. Shipping charges are calculated with USPS current rates and are based on the size and shipping weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
